Return & Exchange Policy

We provide a 7 day conditional return/exchange policy applicable to items in their original, new condition, subject to certain restrictions.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. 

*** If free shipping was provided for your order, the cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your total and the remaining amount will be refunded. Additionally, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping expenses. 

Racquets:

  • Manufacturer plastic wrap on handle is not tampered, racquet is unused, all stickers and tags are still in place as it was when new, must include original cover.
  • If a racquet was requested to be strung, gripped, and/or stenciled by Epic Sports Badminton, it is considered a customized racquet and is not eligible for return/exchange.
  • If a racquet was ordered to be unstrung but was strung by a third-party, the racquet is considered used and not eligible for return/exchange.
  • Racquets pre-strung from the manufacturer are eligible for return if the manufacturer plastic wrap and sticker was not tampered with. Strings must show no sign of wear and tear or usage. Once used, the racquet is not eligible for return/exchange.

Shoes:

  • Shoes must be unworn with all tags attached in its original condition and in the original box
  • We will not accept shoes with clear dirt marks, if you have only worn them inside your home, please make sure the soles are clean before returning otherwise it is not eligible for return/exchanges.
  • If Shoe Box is returned damaged subject to a 20% restocking fee

Returns should be sent to: 39 Bertrand Avenue, Scarborough, M1L 2P3. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted, returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.

Restrictions:

Items that are on sale or discounted, customized items (racquets that have been strung, gripped, or stenciled), shuttlecocks, socks, and protective wear (if package was opened or used) are non-refundable or exchangeable. *Final sale items are sold as is and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, and they are not covered by any manufacturer warranty.


Order Cancellations:


Please send us an email if you need to adjust your order. Orders can’t be cancelled after it has been shipped out. If you have decided that you do not want the product post shipment, you may email us to start the return process after the item has arrived.


If an item is not in stock and you have placed a preorder you will be subjected to a $10 CAD fee if you decide to cancel it.

How To Start A Return


For purchases made online:


Option 1: In-store drop off


  1. Check Eligibility: Ensure your item is eligible for return. It must be in its original, new condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Contact Us: Within 7 days of receiving your product (no exceptions), email us at shopepicsports@gmail.com with your order number, pictures of the product, and a brief explanation of the reason for return.
  3. Receive Authorization: Wait for our response (1-3 business days), which will include return instructions and, a return authorization number.
  4. Drop off your items in original packaging and please have your Return Confirmation email ready to be shown.

Option 2: Shipping


  1. Check Eligibility: Ensure your item is eligible for return. It must be in its original, new condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Contact Us: Within 7 days of receiving your product (no exceptions), email us at shopepicsports@gmail.com with your order number, pictures of the product, and a brief explanation of the reason for return.
  3. Receive Authorization: Wait for our response (1-3 business days), which will include return instructions and, a return authorization number.
  4. Prepare the Package: Carefully pack the item in its original shipping packaging. Include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase, and any return authorization number we provided. Print the return label and ensure that it covers up any previous delivery addresses or barcodes. 
  5. Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
  6. Track Your Return: Keep a record of the tracking number for your return shipment until we confirm receipt of the item.
  7. Receive Confirmation: Once we receive and process your return, we will notify you of the refund or exchange status.
