Shipping and Handling Policy

Please note that free standard shipping does not guarantee delivery dates, and local deliveries do not include tracking information.

Free shipping on orders of $200 or more (before taxes, shipping, some restrictions apply)

****Shipping for shuttles is not covered under our free shipping offer. If you order shuttles and your order is over $200, you would still need to cover shipping for the shuttles.

If you are ordering 50 tubes or more, please email us for a customized shipping quote.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. However, during peak seasons, such as holidays or major sales events, handling times may be longer than usual.

****Racquets that have a string+string service will take 1-4 business days to process before it is shipped out.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. If any mistakes or missing details result in your order being shipped to the wrong address, you will be responsible for any charges required by the courier to correct the address.

Upon receiving your package, carefully inspect it for any shipping-related damage. If any issues arise, please contact us immediately. Issues must be reported within one week of delivery. After this period, please contact the courier directly to address any concerns.
