Gift Card Policies

Epic Sports Badminton offers digital gift cards, which are treated as store credit. Gift cards may only be purchased in person at our store and are not available for purchase online. Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred for monetary return.

All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Epic Sports Badminton is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards, and replacement will not be provided under these circumstances.

Gift cards may be used for purchases made both in-store and through our online shop. Store credit from gift cards may also be applied toward court rentals. Court rental payments using store credit must be made in person at the facility. 

*Store credit cannot be used for any advanced payment policies, as the customer must be physically present with their QR code for store credit deduction.

If an eligible item purchased using a gift card is approved for return in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit only. This store credit will be returned to the same gift card originally used for the purchase. No refunds will be issued to cash, debit, or credit cards for purchases made using gift cards.

Epic Sports Badminton reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit the use of gift cards if fraud, misuse, or violation of our policies is suspected.
